Upon seeing our apartment for the first time, we could just tell he got it. He was confidentially able to propose a marketing strategy, who our target market might be and was able to start talking about a high level sale price then and there. He was always very accomodating of our needs, a great communicator and we were sure he was going to gel well with the buyers at our open homes. We achieved a great result in the end that allowed my family and I to upsize into a bigger family home and I look forward to working with them again on the next one.
