I met Candice at an open for inspection of another property and was taken with her personality and professional approach. I told her I was selling my unit and she asked if she could sell it for me. Over the next two weeks I spoke to 3 other agents and met with them. During this time Candice rang me many times to see if she was to be my agent. None of the other agents rang me. I was impressed with her enthusiasm and that convinced me to select her. I was also impressed with her knowledge of the market and particularly the Manly and Fairlight areas. Candice gave us a realistic valuation for our unit that I thought was about what we could expect. Her commission was competitive and from our first meeting she was a pleasure to deal with. She made selling the unit stress free and organised everything including staging the unit. She kept in constant contact and kept us informed after every open for inspection which she was always in attendance. We had set an auction date but Candice had us an offer above our expectation before auction which we were happy to except.
