Eddy Piddington at Stone Real Estate Manly, was recommended to us by a friend. This review is about Michael & Eddy as a team. They sold two very different apartments in adjoining buildings owned jointly by myself and my two younger brothers. I found it difficult to tell which of them was the "leader" they worked so well together. Their knowledge of the current, as well as past and future market trends in the district was impressive. For each of the two apartments, the potential purchasers were as different as the apartments were and, importantly, their ability to read the potential purchasers and adapt appropriate strategies was outstanding. As a team, they are not a one trick pony. Individually they both conducted themselves in a most professional and genial way which inspired my confidence that the recommendation our friend made was a good one. Without hesitation, I would recommend this team to anyone looking to sell property in the Manly district.
