We saw a number of propertys with Mark Skeens before we found the one we bought. He was always friendly and personable putting us at ease. He was happy to answer all our questions or take them back to the owner for clarification. Nothing was too much trouble. Great to work with.

Mark Skeens was great to work with during the sale of our property. He always keep us informed regularly, he arrived at inspections early and just a pleasant agent to deal with in general. Mark did not hesitate to go above and beyond to process the settlement after hours. We are very thankful that Mark was so helpful and made selling a smooth process.

Adam was great to work with from start to finish and delivered price in line with our very high expectations. What else do you want? Would recommend him to anyone who is tackling the challenging decision of selling a home.

We engaged Adam and Mark to sell our unit off the back of their experience, approach to taking a property to market and active buyers list. The day after we signed with them Sydney went into a COVID lockdown meaning no open house inspections and a clear change to how to approach the campaign. Despite this, Adam and Mark provided clear advice, worked tirelessly (including spending 3+ hours a day showing people through our property individually) and ultimately achieved a fantastic result. While our original plan was to take the property to auction, the team was able to derisk the process in a highly uncertain environment while still delivering a competitive process and result above our expectations. We'd certainly recommend the team to anyone selling an apartment in the area!

We recently purchased a property which Eddy & Michael sold. We found Michael to be very professional, prompt at getting back to us with any queries and . Michael organised a seperate viewing for me during the week before the purchase and replied to any queries before we moved in very promptly. It was a pleasure to deal with them both and they made the purchasing experience very smooth.

Candice impressed with her market knowledge and timing of selling my property with great success. Candice and her team conducted themselves very professionally at all times. Communication was direct and prompt. Candice by far is the most competent agent I have dealt with during my 40 years of buying and selling properties. Her insight and understanding of the client's needs are highly commendable. My property was sold at a price way past my expectations due to Candice's professionalism, knowledge and competence.
