Exceptional and professional and with a great result
Adam was outstanding from start to finish. It must be noted that we actually were not on the Market when Adam contacted us and suggested it might be a good time to sell our Investment Property. With only access for 2 Viewings due to incumbent Tenants, Adam successfully maneuvered around this obstacle to ensure the right potential buyers were able to see the property and within two weeks secured a very satisfactorily Price/Result. Adam and his Team had an intimate knowledge of the Market and the Price we could expect to get and was very close to that mark. I can not praise Adam and his team high enough for the very professional and successful campaign that they conducted for us.

Great experience selling our apartment
Mark Skeens was great to work with. He worked day and night to get us the best price and we ended up exchanging contracts just before midnight for a fantastic price we are very happy with. His work ethic and negotiating skills are fantastic. I hope to work with Mark again in the future and would recommend him to anyone.

Candice Crushes!
In the sale of our small apartment, Candice was the very epitome of professionalism. Her communication, advice and ability to find and close a deal was impressive. It wasn't all easy sailing with bad weather and Easter getting in the way but Candice dealt with all. A building record is living proof. We are definitely in the, "be careful of Agents category", but rest assured, you have a great business partner in Candice. She crushed it.
