Smooth process to successful Auction result
Mark provided competing market data for surrounding sales that allowed us to be comfortable with the range of values for our property that was not the standard for the suburb. Mark followed up with inspection personally and reached further out through the agents network to suburbs where down-sizers, our target market were coming from to be at our Northern Beaches location. Every week, mark would provide a clear update on the process which would assist in our forecasting and confidence that the auction would be successful. We had several qualified buyers at the Auction, and felt comfortable going into the day that our budgeted sale price would be achieved. In fact, Mark and his team were able to surpass our target sale price.

Fantastic result!!
We couldn't be happier with having Michael as our agent when recently selling our house in Fairlight. Right from the start of the process Michael was extremely helpful in giving us valuable advice on the best way we could present our property. He also took away a lot of the stress by organising all our styling and helping us with finding a solicitor etc. He put together a really reasonable marketing programme and gave us recent sales history that helped us to set an acceptable idea on our selling price. His communication could not have been better. He was very professional and easy to work with throughout the whole time. As a result of all his hard work we were able to sell our property within 3 days after our first open house at a price that was well above our expectations! I would highly recommend Michael to anyone that is considering putting their property on the market.

Transparent honest intelligent proactive. Good bloke. We just secured our downsizer are in Manly with Adam, he is unlike most agents you would ever meet. We exchanged in his backyard having a beer under a cabana on a Friday night. The process was fun and honest. SpaceI wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Adam to anyone who wants to cut through the smoke screen of real estate agents. Who knows, you’re likely to end up being mates and go for a beer.
