Adam managed to achieve a fantastic sale result despite having listed our property at the onset of the COVID-19 lock down. His team coordinated all aspects of preparing the property for sale. Their level of communication throughout was exceptional. I would highly recommend Adam as a a sales agent.

Very positive experience working with Michael on the purchase of my new property. I found the perfect place in Manly and was a bit nervous about the whole process but his excellent communication and guidance gave me the confidence to become the successful buyer. Friendly manner, professional advice and all round good guy. Thanks Michael!

I can't thank Mark enough for his commitment, exceptional communication and constant support in not only helping me sell my property but being able to achieve the best price possible. I was incredibly impressed with Mark's dedication, pro-active nature, his understanding of the market - my property was sold in under a fortnight and the result exceeded my expectations. It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with Mark and the team at Stone Real Estate.

I knew I was getting one of the best in the business when I first made contact with Adam - dedicated, professional, friendly & honest, without ever being pushy - his exceptional reputation within the Northern Beaches market was spot on. He was incredibly pro-active from the moment I indicated I was ready to sell my property - always easy to deal with, he got the ball rolling straight away and sold my property in under a fortnight. It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with Adam & the team at Stone.

Adam and his team were very pleasant to deal with and worked very hard to achieve a sale at a difficult time - at the beginning of the Coronavirus lockdown period.

During the auction period and as a result of the corona virus restrictions which came a few days before our auction Candice steered us through this challenging period with total professionalism and was able to predict the headwinds change course and got a good result. A classy lady and excellent at her job

We recently bought a property from Michael and Eddy in the middle of the Covid 19 crisis. They handled the difficulty and uncertainty with aplomb and displayed their obvious skill and experience to keep the sale process moving. Their ability to adapt and stay calm helped both buyers and seller move forward with confidence and we greatly appreciated their assistance.

In a very changing market, Adam provided very solid advice. There is no crystal ball in the market, but Adam was pretty close.

We found Candice informative, timely and efficient. She did not rush us and patiently helped us throughout the buying process. Even after the sale she continues to provide us with answers to our many questions. She is a lovely person and we fully recommend her.

Candice has unmatched knowledge and insight into the Manly market. She thrives on developing relationships with both vendors and purchasers to meet the expectations of both groups without forgetting her ultimate responsibility is to her client, the vendor. My wife and I are very happy with her service and those assisting her in her office, particularly Laura.
