Candice was a lovely agent to work with to buy our new property. We hadn't bought property in over 25 years, so she was very valuable in helping us get back into the market. Candice was very informative about the current market and she had great insight into the area to ensure we got exactly what we wanted! Both her and Laura were accommodating in allowing us to see the property several times before making our final decision, which was above and beyond for us. We would love to work with Candice (and the rest of the Stone team) again, we could not recommend them enough. Our settlement was easy and efficient, as they guided us through the whole process.

We were conflicted as to whether we should sell our unit or wait a couple of years.Adam helped us to way up the pros and cons and so we made the difficult decision to sell now .....it was the right one. We were happy with Adam's expertise and his knowledge of the area.He is a very good communicator and continually kept us and our tenants up to date throughout the process. We feel he went beyond the duties of a typical agent.

Market knowledge: Michael has an outstanding knowledge of the Manly market and I have relied on his intimate awareness since 2005. He continues to be on point, and has a clear ability to ensure any price guides are both realistic and achievable. Communication: Communication is key is any sales role and Michael in my experience will go above an beyond to ensure as either the buyer or seller you receive very clear, concise and honest updates. Unlike many, Michael does not play games and is a very straight shooter. Professionalism: Trust, honesty and integrity. That is how I describe Michael's professionalism. Very few in the industry can hold their own the way Michael does in this regard.

Candice was given a challenge to achieve a very strong sale price in a short poeriod of time. She was also bought into the process at a late stage. She excelled and got the result. Candice conducted herself very professionally throughout with both vendor and buyer. I wouldnt hesistate to work with her again.
