Result driven professional
Candice was given a challenge to achieve a very strong sale price in a short poeriod of time. She was also bought into the process at a late stage. She excelled and got the result. Candice conducted herself very professionally throughout with both vendor and buyer. I wouldnt hesistate to work with her again.

Making a Stressful Time as Easy as Possible
Selling one's home is a very stressful time. Once I had chosen Adam as my agent I felt that he and his team were always in control, with my best interests at heart. He has a very good knowledge of the current market in my area, showed amazing attention to detail and was always very professional in his behaviour and comments (unlike some other agents). He gave me advice about how to prepare my property for sale, suggested a stylist and various tradespeople from whom to obtain quotes, and once it was on the market kept me up to date with weekly reports and honest appraisals of how things were going (even when at one stage there didn't appear to be more than one potential buyer). His PA Ell was always available and helpful and his junior agent Mark very friendly, equally professional and helpful. All in all Adam and his team are dedicated, very hard working, knowledgeable and straight forward. They made a very difficult time the least stressful it can be.
