Personable, Professional and Honest Agent
Adam, Tracey and his team at Stone were exactly the agency we were looking for. Their chic presentation and styling including 3D virtual tour really set Stone above the rest. Throughout the campaign Adam communicated efficiently, providing honest feedback and hints to better our sale along the way. One of the wonderful attributes to Adam is that he relates well to all personalities, he's approachable, and we feel that is what makes him trustworthy agent. Not to mention the knowledge he has within the Manly market. When it came to the crunch Adams' negotiation skills were second to none achieving a price we were very happy with. Absolutely no after sale service interest
I did not know Candice before I bought my property. She was pleasant and persuasive at auction but her after sales management and interest in helping me as a client were non existent. I can only compare to my previous experience and I felt that the service was poor. There was no attempt to contact me for a final walk through and although not necessary no gift on settlement which is always appreciated. I expected more effort and customer care.
