Candice achieved the sale of my property in just 6 days on the market..at a sale price and terms beyond my expectations. She knows the market extremely well, and importantly has a very good team supporting her. I recommend prospective buyers and sellers speak to Candice before making any Manly district real estate decisions.

Luckily for us we had Candice as our agent . Despite a bad experience with a dishonest first purchaser , the enthusiasm and optimism that emanated from Candice keep us on the market for a short extra period and an excellent result. We are happy to highly recommend Candice for any sale being considered. A special mention for Laura , Candice’s assistant who also did a great job .

I did not know Candice before I bought my property. She was pleasant and persuasive at auction but her after sales management and interest in helping me as a client were non existent. I can only compare to my previous experience and I felt that the service was poor. There was no attempt to contact me for a final walk through and although not necessary no gift on settlement which is always appreciated. I expected more effort and customer care.

Adam, Tracey and the team at Stone Manly have done a great job in selling our unit in Queenscliff. Adam has excellent local knowledge of the area and gave valuable and honest advice throughout the campaign and the sale process. Adam is a very personable and professional agent with fine negotiating skills who secured a price for our property we were happy with. Adam gave well-informed advice and regulary sought our feedback and kept us updated. Thanks again Adam, we couldn't recommend you highly enough!

We are so happy we had Candice selling our home. We felt the marketing really showed the best of our home and were then confident of achieving the best market price. Thanks to Candice's efforts we are now able to jump from an apartment to a house.

We have been delighted and impressed with the professionalism shown by Adam Moore and his team. It has been a pleasure working with Adam. His communication skills are second to none; the weekly updates were extremely useful and Adam was quick to respond to any questions we had about the marketing and sale of our property. As we don't live in Sydney this was essential for us. When it came to the crunch Adam's negotiation skills were exceptional. We are very happy with the result! Thanks Adam!
