I had my mind set on finding an investment 1 bed unit in Manly upon my return from 6 months overseas. I found one in the first week I was back on the market. It was for sale at a fixed price. I offered the full price without negotiating and.... I got it. It helped that I new my market well but Michael Egan was also extremely helpful and went to great extend to make the deal happen within 2 days of my offer. We exchanged 2 days later and will settle in the next 2 weeks, well ahead of Christmas! It is such a real pleasure to deal with experienced and no b..t real estate agent!
