Joe started his career in marketing and accounting which eventually saw him managing high levels of staff in one of Australia’s top 100 Companies. His vision, however, was to have and manage his own Company using the refined skills in business and leadership he had accumulated. 2007 saw his dreams reach fruition as he launched his own business ‘Oasis Property Rentals’. Joe took this company from a fledgeling with a staff of one to a highly successful property management agency with offices in Sydney, Gold Coast and Brisbane employing over 25 full-time staff members. Furthermore, Oasis Property was the winner of the 2009 Business Achiever Awards and a finalist in 2012 Telstra Australian Business Awards. This year Joe has taken that business to the next level and merged his Company with us, Century 21 Living, a step he feels will see his vision to defy mediocracy and deliver extraordinary experiences be realised. Joe heads up our newly unified team with his ethos to empower his staff. With years of management under his belt it comes naturally to hone an individual’s skills, he works on their strengths and gives them the confidence to succeed.
