There was nothing that was too small a detail that they would not happily help us with. It is a very emotional and exhausting process selling ones home of 23 years- however Colin and Benoit were always ready to discuss and help with the various issues. Bindi from our first engagement outlined the process and market evaluation in a thorough and well articulated way. We had to change our original timing due to travel but that was not an issue and Bindi was able to reset a new plan and timeline seamlessly. Bindi and the team at Murphy had a very good pulse on the market and guided us expertly on valuation in what became an increasingly volatile market. We were very happy with the outcome and the process and would not hesitate to use Bindi and the Murphy team again.

She was flexible and pragmatic which made it possible to move quickly and secure a purchase within a few days of viewing. There was no smoke and mirrors, it is rare to find such trust in an agent.

He built genuine relationships with potential buyers, getting to know them personally. His supporting services made prepping the house easy. And he was brilliant with us - hungry, put in heaps of effort, patient with our repeated questions, explained everything so we understood his strategy, and always open minded to different approaches.
