Andrew Thomas from Century 21 has looked after my rental home for 12 years and finally handled the sale of my property. Andrew is very honest, understands the market and does not mince with words. Even feedback from neighbours attest to his good track record. He appraised my property at an agreeable price and sold 3 days before it was opened for inspection. The perfect sale experience
Eddie was exceptional. He took the time to clearly explain everything and answer all my questions. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Absolutely fantastic
I could not have found a better agent than Eddie. Not only did he sit down and give me honest and reliable advice, he was able to get me more than he originally quoted. He also got me a price that was $173k more than the local agent, who had their whole team do a walk through the property and is situated one block from the property. Eddie can be trusted to know the market not only in his own area but all areas. He definitely does his homework and is in constant contact with you throughout the whole selling process.

Saved my bacon
This time 12mnths ago, a huge financial burden was lifted from my frail shoulders. Eddie Tremolada re-entered my life, like the cavalry to save the day. In what was a depressed market, Eddie took on the challenge, promptly sold it and thereby "saved my bacon". The consummate professional with his charming demeanor, a man with integrity, he advised me on presentation, and kept informed of every inspection and progress in seeking buyers. He even succeeded in getting me an increased offer. He is truly a "Vendor's" agent, not just a quick "commission" agent. I retired as a senior Army officer and I highly recommend him.
