Recently our family made the decision to upsize and start looking for our home, it was during this period we met Shaun was showing a property. Shaun was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process. He asked the right questions to understand the needs of our family and made himself available multiple times so that the whole family could see the house. At any time or day I reached out with questions he responded in a timely manner. The day of the auction nerves were high for us (and I would assume the vendors) Shaun worked with us to make sure that we were comfortable on the day and helped us in securing the purchase.
