I interacted with Shaun while inspecting a property that I later bought. He was very helpful and helped make the negotiation process smooth as well. He also helped procure all the documents needed afterwards. I have a recommendation that I believe would make things even smoother. It would be good to keep a documents deck for a property with all the relevant documents, including the council payments, insurance, invoices for the deposit, etc. This will help speed up the process with inspections and the bank.
