We were really lucky to have Shaun as our agent. Shauns knowledge of the market in the area is excellent. He has a fantastic can do attitude and always went above and beyond to help sell our unit. If you want someone dedicated Shaun is your agent. His communication was second to none. He would always call and give a follow up, with up to date information. It wasn't just a standard email, he would text and call to keep us both in the loop. This would be done out of office hours too if he had to take buyers through in the evening. Really appreciated this as we are shift workers so he worked with our times always. I would highly recommend Shaun to sell your property.
