As the title suggests, I met with Mr Ray "Smooth" Fadel at my late parents home in Sans Souci at a time when I was dealing with the sudden death of my father. I was a tad upset at the thought of sell Dad & Mums house and the place where I grew up. After the first meeting with Ray & signing the sales contract, "man" I knew he was our "man". Just the smoothness and reassuring way Ray goes about his business, nothing was a problem. As the sales campaign drew to an end the Team at Raine & Horne Sans Souci kept me fully up to date on pretentual purchasers. Their was a great deal of work to get the property ready for sale. One of the biggest was Pool certification, and waiting for council was not an option. Ray with all his contacts, put me on to a private certifier, job done. Nothing was a problem and would use Ray Fadel again 100%. well done MAN.
