We had complete trust and confidence in Lousie throughout our many open homes. Having an agent who is part of the neighborhood was not only beneficial to us but to all the people who walked through the door. Her local knowledge of the community and market were impressive. Louise's calmness always brought a sense of Zen to the house, which certainly reduced the stress for us immensely. Doom & gloom all over the daily news, the NSW property market is falling, not to mention you shouldn't be selling this close to Winter. If you have an experienced, professional agent like Nathan Tse it is not a problem. From the beginning I had confidence in Nathan as his proposed price range stacked up against my own research for the area. We engaged Nathan a few weeks ago for our campaign, he talked us through different scenarios & strategies for handling them. He is a very methodical person & always keeps you informed. After only 2 weeks on the market Nathan had 2 parties who had shown interest, he negotiated with both & we ended up with a sign contract before the 3rd weekend. Our house selling discussions started in late 2025, when we set a timeline to get the many jobs completed to ensure our house was in tip top condition for sale in March 2026. Nothing was ever a problem, for us! If we could not be home to let a trade into the house they would, if something was not done quite to our standard they would sort it, if we wanted to add to the 'to do' list they would make it happen! During the campaign their communication was excellent, and they handled every obstacle with confidence and expertise. The stress we could have felt with the turn in the market was expertly minimized by always staying positive!
