I was happily greeted by Louise at pacific pde unit that was on the market and went upstairs to meet Chris who was presenting the unit. He was extremely friendly,speaking to 3 different people at the one time but was still able to welcome me. Chris’ knowledge of the property was spot on as was his market knowledge of the area. His communication was up front, transparent and very clear. I met Chris for a 2nd time at property and must’ve called him 10 times after that at which his professionalism came through as he was able to answer each time aswell as answer and help with many questions that I had.
