After we had our house for sale on the market with another agent for 5 months, we decided to speak to Louise. She filled us with utmost confidence, detailed her plans and strategy to secure offers, and reassured us that she would take care of everything. This really suited our busy lives, that we didn't need to be too heavily involved. Within 3 weeks of being on the market, Louise had 2 offers to present to us, and we happily accepted one of them. It met our expectations, and we were happy to finally sell. She then stayed in touch with us right through to settlement, and made sure there were no issues. She was even the first to let us know when settlement had completed, and rang to say congratulations. Louise is a gem of a person, and a very organised and thorough Real Estate Agent.
