Highly professional

Highly recommended.
Cloe was acting for the Vendors, I was keeping an eye on a property for many months before putting in an offer. Cloe was everything you hope for in an agent and usually don't receive. Open, honest, trustworthy, understanding her responsibilities to the Vendor and obligations as an Agent. Understanding how daunting the process can be to prospective buyers. Cloe answered my questions quickly and throughly, was honestly excited to let me know my offer was accepted and has generally made the entire process as smooth and streamlined as possible. For something I've always thought would be stressful, it was actually a pleasure thanks to Cloe.

Fantastic to deal with
Louise was great. After inspecting the property, she sent us an appraisal within a couple of days. Her appraisal was honest and realistic. As soon as we gave her the go ahead, she swiftly wrote up the property description and organised photos etc. She provided us with great advice as to what improvements we should make to the property before it goes to market. Additionally, Louise was previously a settlement agent. I was confident in her ability to write up the sale contract and advice advice. Most importantly, Louise is easy to get along with and fabulous to deal with. I would definitely use her again.

Amazing to deal with and an excellent result!
Louise was an absolute pleasure to deal with, from the initial meeting through to the sale of our house Louise had everything covered for us. Communication was perfect and she kept us updated constantly throughout the process. I cannot recommend Louise enough, and will recommend her to others that are thinking about selling.

Wonderful Experience
Cloe did an excellent job handling & selling my home, during what was a stressful time in having a bridging loan as a new home was purchased. The market at the time over the new year was a little volatile with many unknowns. Everything came together at the right time, so an exciting new chapter has begun.
