I found the experience frustrating, with poor communication, uncertainty around settlement, and a lack of professionalism and respect throughout.

They take no responsibility for issues that arise, and any concerns or dissatisfaction are simply dismissed. He may respond by telling you that you have no standing and direct you to deal with your lawyer instead. Overall, it has been extremely frustrating to work with him, with a complete lack of communication and uncertainty around the settlement timeline. The experience has been highly unprofessional.
