He gave good presell suggestions and realistic expectation in the whole selling process. The property is in a very competitive area and buyer constantly have many options to look at. Adrian was up to the task and really committed. You can tell by him willing to drive a long way to accommodate an appointment who end up being the buyer. While I was not greedy, I think the exchange price was the highest per sq meter in the complex for the last 6-9 months. That is a good result for a high density apartment complex.
