From the beginning James shone out from all the other real estate agents we considered with his astute knowledge of the area, the Canberra market and our house (he'd clearly done his research before hand). His clear, transparent communication style and his trustworthy, down to earth approach grabbed us. We appreciated his recommendations that were specific to the marketing and sale of our property, for eg: suggesting using digital imaging instead of staging (saving us a bundle but also maximising market potential). Recommending Openn Negotiations as an online auction campaign was cutting edge and we were inspired by the ethical and transparent approach this method offered both potential buyers and ourselves. James worked tirelessly throughout the whole process from beginning & throughout every step of the marketing campaign that culminated in the sale of our house. Keeping in touch with us regularly, often outside of business hours James went above and beyond to communicate with us and keep us well informed.
