James just sold my house. Origninally scheduled to go to auction, James negotiated a formal pre-auction offer with a potential buyer. The sale was finalised and contracts exchanged very smoothly and quickly, and I was kept in the loop and well informed every step of the way. The sale price we got was what I was hoping for. If I were to sell another property, James would be my agent.
