During the process of finding someone to let my investment i found the lack of and very slow communication between a few different companies. STRUD was one of the first I contacted and they responded promptly. The whole process was virtually done within a few days whereas I hadn’t even heard from a few others. I find communication and transparency a key factor. There was constant contact throughout the entire process and the help that was provided with some minor hurdles along the way was amazing. Can’t fault STRUD and am extremely pleased with my decision to allow STRUD to manage my property for me.
