So far Strud has provide an exceptional service. From the begining, i was not sure which real estate to go with for my first ever investment property. I had so many questions that i wanted to ask and was worried about the fee. I have called a few real estates agents, not only Strud gave me a reasonable price but also clearly adviced what would need to be done if things went south with tenants. We had a few things need to be done with the house and Chloe has been promt with the tasks.
