This was my first house sale and I was a little nervous as I’ve heard so many horror stories about selling agents after they’ve been signed on. I needn’t have been. Tom was excellent on all fronts. His communication throughout was excellent, he organised all the little fix up jobs required and negotiated everything with tenants in the house.
