Persistent and determined are the two words I have for Corey, when selling our house we probably ran into every road block you could think of and yet he remained calm, collected, organised everything and advised me on everything I needed to do to help make the process smoother so he could get the job done. We’ve been so impressed with the professional polite and considerate manner of Josh in selling our house. Josh was so excited to sell our property and strategically worked out the best plan. He always gave excellent advice and considered our thoughts and answered our questions throughout the whole process. This was my first house sale and I was a little nervous as I’ve heard so many horror stories about selling agents after they’ve been signed on. I needn’t have been. Tom was excellent on all fronts. His communication throughout was excellent, he organised all the little fix up jobs required and negotiated everything with tenants in the house. We achieved a price I was very happy with in a few short weeks. I would absolutely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell.
