In rating Jesse Patrick, I would need first to say that almost all of my interactions were with different team members rather than Jesse and I found this disconcerting because the ‘face’ of STRUD kept changing for me. I do not remember meeting Jesse more than once, and only had minimal phone contact at the conclusion of the sale. Sometimes replies from team members were slow, as was notification of results of follow-up after open home on one occasion. My email address was initially entered incorrectly at office level which meant I had to follow up documents which I was assured had been sent. I felt there seemed to be a lack of energy and enthusiasm, perhaps due to the fact that we were well out of the usual scope and distance of most STRUD business. Even now, after the sale, no-one has returned to mark our house 'sold' on the sign. Overall we expected more for our property, but as we had our own purchase pending, accepted a lower cash offer.
