If you're selling your home, I highly recommend Josh Dawson! From the moment I signed him onto the sale of my property Josh was very proactive and extremely transparent. He communicated and helped me understand every step of the process. Thankfully, this sale happened very quickly - Josh's great service ended up netting 3 offers on the very first open home, one of which resulted in the sale of the apartment! Thanks Josh!

Leah is passionate, very dedicated about guiding individuals and families a stress free experience when selling our investment property , She is acutely aware that real estate transactions are not merely just financial transactions; they represent significant life events and decisions. From the onset, Leah has been in touch with us way back many months before we decided to sell our investment property. She came across as a personable and professional person, who was very knowledgeable with the current real estate market trend. She offered a lot of useful information and was not pushy as others was. She showed us market data and kept us inform of current market activity. We felt relaxed and confident that we have found the right person to sell our property. From hereon, Leah worked on hard to ready our property for marketing. And we were so excited to get so many offers soon after a weekend open house. We had to go overseas and she kept in touch regularly. We were very excited to get a good offer better than our reserve price. We accepted the final offer whilst on holiday. It was the best time of our vacation. The rest is history and our property settled 30 days later without a hitch. Overall a big thank you to Leah for a Stress free and happy experience. You are one of the most outstanding agents we have dealt with.

Leah was really helpful and informative throughout the entire process of purchasing our first home. Her communication was clear between both the parties, solicitors, tenants etc to keep everything moving along nicely. She put us at ease and went along the journey with us (the rollercoaster of excitement and stress) and remained available to answer any questions so we really appreciated her support and time.
