All buyers have anxieties about whether they've made the right decision, not to mention the inevitable hiccups they experience along the way. Being interstate and having mobility and other health issues meant that I wasn't able to view the Turner apartment which I have bought. I had to rely on the advertising and a viewing from my nephew to inform me of my choice. (Yes, I bought it sight unseen.) Aaron and his team at Suburbia were fantastically supportive of my journey and, although I still haven't met them in person, I feel very reassured that I'm in capable hands and dealing with trustworthy, friendly and professional people. Aaron Lewis and his team demonstrated superb professionalism throughout the sale process. They showed genuine interest and passion for their work and actively engaged with us during all steps, starting from the initial appraisal, to marketing, to open homes, and throughout the final sale. Firstly, Aaron made himself available for the initial appraisal at short notice, which I very much appreciated. We contacted 4 agents and met with Aaron a couple of times before making our final decision and signing the contract with Suburbia. He was very forthcoming and transparent and early on we felt we can trust him and his team. He presented a realistic sale strategy that matched the current market and offered very competitive agent fees, as well as marketing and staging packages. After signing the agent contract, Aaron and his team were very quick to arrange the staging, photoshoots, and marketing. The property was open for inspection 3-4 days after the agent contact was done. We were blown away by the quality of images and the video that Aaron produced. It was the next-level thing and a deciding factor in selling our property. Suburbia team set up a WhatsApp group and posted updates almost daily. They were super responsive to our queries and answered them literally within seconds! They were available for phone calls too. We think their comms strategy is fantastic. They also gave us access to a private portal which recorded people who made queries or went to open homes and their level of interest. Aaron was methodical in following through with inspections. They managed to get very good interest in our property and we are very happy with the sale. It could not go more smoothly than this. We recently sold our home in Latham with Mark and the team. Mark provided clarity and transparency throughout the process, providing realistic valuation from the get-go and stepping us through the whole process of preparing the house for sale and communicating with potential buyers. I was particularly impressed by the way Mark and his team coordinated the process of getting the property ready for sale: they coordinated maintenance work, plumbing, styling/marketing, building inspections, etc., efficiently and kept us up to date via the WhatsApp channel. Once the property was on the market, Mark and the team ran multiple open homes each week and gave us regular updates on all communications with potential buyers; the app they used gave us a running stream of what potential buyers were saying (and Mark would always call after each open home), which gave us a very realistic and clear idea of how much interest there was in the property leading up to the planned auction date. Because of this, it was easy to keep track of incoming pre-auction offers and subsequently gauge the amount of ongoing interest in the property as the price guide was adjusted accordingly, which allowed us to be confident in accepting an offer before going to auction. Overall, a very straightforward process thanks to the efforts of Mark and the team. We would recommend them to others who are considering selling.
