We sold our home and purchased a new home through Tim. Tim and his team were professional, knowledgeable and always kept us informed throughout the selling and buying process. We highly recommend Tim at Summit Realty. And a huge thank you to Annie Daggett for putting up with my relentless emails and phone calls. She is a star!

Tim is transparent, open and simply an easy guy to deal with when dealing with property. His knowledge of the property and market conditions is spot on. The communication from Tim and his team, problem solving and the ability to be flexible gave a smooth property purchase and it was a pleasure to deal with. If I ever need a realestate agent there is only one place I would go, highly recommend Tim and Summit Reality.

Thank you Tim and your selling/support team. From the get go I felt supported and encouraged that I was doing the right things by all team members through this rather stressful time in my life. I really didn't believe that it could be so emotionally tough. I also know I asked some obvious questions and you answered them graciously. Thanks. Your advise and actions were honest and true to what I wanted out of this selling process. Your market knowledge was extensive and you kept me informed as to how things were going. I believe you and your team worked very hard for me to sell my property and I have a good result because of this. Thank you I have and will continue to recommend your name to friends and family as a very hard working and reliable person to assist in the buying and/or selling of their property. Kindest regards

Tim and his team were first class from first contact with them right up until settlement. Inspections, follow up and finalisation of the purchase was timely and professional. Could not be faulted.

Tim has delivered an exceptional service delivering an offer that we accepted resulting in the sale of our property. Throughout the process Tim kept us up to date with his progress and gave plenty of warning on house open dates so we could present the property in the best way. Tim and his assistants Annie and Britt were a pleasure to deal with throughout the process.

My home went on the market a month or so before Christmas with my expectation that it would take some time because of the time of the year. Ruth Nandapi and Greg Gardiner both showed my home to prospective buyers and it was no time before I received an offer. Ruth was in contact with me at all times letting me know how things were going and was available to answer any of my queries not matter what the hour was. Ruth and Greg from Summit Realty, in my opinion, are the only realestate people to sell your home as they do CARE.
