As a local resident, The choice of Greg to handle the sale of my parents house was the obvious choice. And an excellent choice it turned out to be. Greg did a fine job. He provided factual advice about the state of the local market and recent examples of sales of similar properties in the vicinity. He also advised on the various market approaches, so we could choose the method that most suited our needs. He was able to use his network of local tradespeople to assist with preparing the property for sale, and his database of potential buyers to approach directly. This resulted in several competitive offers and a pre-auction sale. Greg’s communication throughout the sale process, and his post-sale follow-p have been exemplary. I would recommend Greg and his team to anyone wishing to sell property in the area.
