I found Tracy very personable. Tracy followed up my queries promptly and kept me informed of the progress of the sale. I had hoped to hear from Tracy before now as a follow-up as to how everything is going and perhaps a celebratory bottle of wine which I have received in the past. I was not very impressed with the Settlement Agency and would not use them in the future. All in all, Tracy was very nice to deal with.

My wife and myself have purchased 2 blocks of land in the Lakewood Shores estate in the past 18 months using Ruth as our agent.
