The house was marketed over a period of five years in a difficult housing and economic climate, despite record low interest rates. The Agent stuck to the task by marketing the property on a regular basis and keeping us well informed. The property sold to a purchaser who had visited the property on a home open day some two years before. Myalup is a difficult place to sell property with a very small pool of buyers. You need an agent who is prepared to stay the distance. Ruth is such a person.
