Tracy handled the sale of my late partner’s house with the greatest of professionalism, compassion and efficiency. She managed complicated dynamics with multiple people involved diplomatically and comprehensively; keeping everyone in the loops and following up with multiple people to make sure everything was on track for settlement. She advocated skilfully to negotiate a very fast sale at well above our asking price. I would highly recommend her managing your property.

Very professional, thank you Ruth, kept us updated during the process, considered our tenant with regards to open house & viewings, presentation of our property on the real estate websites was appealing. Very happy with the outcome.

I purchased my home via FaceTime. Daniel walked me through the property and was open and honest through the whole experience. Daniel went above and beyond helping me with contacts for all the inspections and even organised our Settlement Agent as we were living in Qld. Daniel was brilliant answering my questions promptly and finding out answers to the questions he didn’t know. I would 100% recommend Daniel and his team at Summit Bunbury. Special Mention to Saskia for all her help. It made our experience and purchase hassle free from start to finish. Deb Ashcroft

Daniel really seemed to know his stuff. He was very knowledgeable. He offered good advice which we followed and got a great price. He was very professional and easy to talk to. I really liked that he kept us well informed and followed up on things. And returned my calls straight away. He didn't just agree with everything I said he offered alternative ideas and opinions which I found very helpful. Pretty impressed overall. Would definitely list with him again

Ruth has to be the go to real estate agent for Binningup. Knows the place, knows the market, knows the people. Sound advice on setting a price and preparing a property for sale then delivers the deal.

Tim is the gentleman of Real Estate. He is always polite, he spends the time getting to know what you want (he listens), he's calm and patient and very understanding to your individual needs. The whole experience with Team Cooper was amazing. They answered the phone immediately and if not, responded very quickly. Always smiling and friendly on the other end of the phone or in person. A shout out to MG Settlements as well. The 2 teams work seamlessly together. Thank you to Tim and his very talented team for everything you did to help me find the home that suits all my needs. I feel safe and incredibly happy in my new home. :-)
