Tim has sold my last two properties and he was always very open about the market conditions and provided an honest appraisal. He is always very professional and maintains constant communication through the process. Tim's relationship building with both sellers and buyers adds to his ongoing success. Thank you Tim for another great experience and outcome.

Bang on the money regarding house prices. Had people going through our home right away. Tim's a great communicator and his knowledge of the industry is second to none. Great team to support him and are willing to go the extra mile to iron out any problems or concerns that you may have. Would not hesitate to go through Tim and the crew at Summit again.

02 February, 2021 Ben was replacing one of the Sales representative due to Medical reasons. The humble little property 1 bedroom unit in withers Bunbury had large land. So if the buyer wanted to he/she could add an alfresco if needed or have a herb garden. My Sister Ida and myself invited Ben over and asked what his thoughts were. Together we agreed to a reasonable amount and the buyer made and offer. Ben made sure he kept us in the loop and let us know what to do next. He is a gentleman. He covered all aspects that need to sell the property. He even has a sense of humour. Our elderly parents arrived at summit realty and were served brewed coffee not instant.. they take themselves seriously Before we could have marketing done there were two expressions of interest and the later was keen. Ben followed it through and kept us in the loop We wish Ben all the best and may he reach his desires of his heart.. Kind regards A de Boer

This is the second time we have used Tim to sell our property. The first time, Tim worked really hard to market and sell our home yet it wasn't to be. Five years later, we contacted Tim again as we knew he would work hard for us. This time around, the market was much stronger and Tim (and his fabulous team) were able to generate a lot of interest and find the right buyer for our home. We are very happy with the outcome and would recommend Tim to anyone expecting a high level of quality service.

Tracy was sellert's agent for a property than we purchase in Dec 2020. Tracy was always accesible over phone and provided prompt response to our queries. Given the challenges with COVID/ lockdown for a week, she was amazing while assisting us progressing towards timely setllement. Was great dealing with her. Thanks.

We were incredibly impressed with Ruth’s professionalism, honesty and communication, which were all well above expectations. At all stages Ruth kept us thoroughly informed and no query was too much trouble. We received consistent and reassuring feedback when required, and we felt Ruth had a great feel for the local market and the buyers impressions.

Tim is the ultra professional in every aspect of the process. He is always honest and works hard to receive results that both match the sellers expectations, but that are also realistic. We would not hesitate to recommend Tim to others.
