Tracy has been great to deal with. She was excellent with communication and easy to contact person.
Tracy is very knowledgeable. She kept us updated until settlement. Very easy to communicate. Very honest person. I am very very happy with Tracy. I will continue to use Tracy's services in the future. I will also recommend Tracy to my family and friends for there business also.

Tracy Works Above and Beyond What is Required
Tracy was very professional at all times in the sale of our block. Her buyer wasn't the easiest to deal with but she handled it all with grace. This wasn't an easy sale for her but she meet all our expectations. I would recommend her to others.

Tracy is a gem! & a pleasure to work with!
I have not one complaint about Tracy! Tracy was very professional to work with, easy to get along with, personable and knows her stuff in regards to property. Although this is my only experience thus far in buying real estate I can't imagine it going or getting any better than it did. If I ever buy again it would be lovely just to go through Tracy again. we would have to say that with all the times we have purchased houses ( many times ), this was the easiest and most professional. Ruth was never pushy and had the interest of both the seller and buyer at a premium. we would recommend her to anyone interested in selling or purchasing is the Binningup area.

purchased a property through Tracey and their team.
As a buyer from the east coast we had no idea of the process of buying a house in WA, Tracy explained and ran through the process and found us our beautiful house in Gelorup, Tracey arrange all the inspections and the communication between the groups was upfront and prompt. Very happy with Tracy's communication and knowledge of the area was awesome, any info we needed she supplied especially with schools as we have 2 little men just starting primary school. it was great working with Tracy highly recommend.
