I'm really happy with Summit Realty who have been taking care of my 2 units for the last 4 years. My property manager is the best ever - her name is Danielle. I can honestly say that she looks after things for me to the same standards that I would take care of it myself. Danielle is easy to get hold of when I need her, keeps me updated on any issues that may arise and sorts things out promptly. Danielle has also helped me get the best tenants which in turn makes both of our lives easier. I couldn't ask for anything more. If I bought another investment property I would not hestiate in using her.

We have rented 2 properties with Summit. The first home for over 6 years. Our property manager was Danielle who was brilliant and would give us ideas on how to fix things which we really appreciated. This home we have been in for 3 weeks today and in that time our property manager Khai Ly as been amazing in helping us with all the things we've asked of her.
