We have rented 2 properties with Summit. The first home for over 6 years. Our property manager was Danielle who was brilliant and would give us ideas on how to fix things which we really appreciated. This home we have been in for 3 weeks today and in that time our property manager Khai Ly as been amazing in helping us with all the things we've asked of her. We look forward to seeing her on our first rental inspection due soon. Summit Realty really goes out there way to help you and we feel privileged to be renting with this company.
