Janine Lowdon has diligently and successfully managed my residential property in Warnbro for the past 5 - 6 years. Right from the start when you walk in the door Summit just breathes professionalism. Coral from summit is a lovely lady who, quite honestly, set a new standard for what I should expect out of a property manager. If I have an issue it is sorted out so quick that, if I didn’t know any better, I would think she had a red phone in her office that sets of a bat signal for tradies. Everyone is kind and compassionate, the house I’m renting is lovely.
