Approachable and Professional

A stressful time made easy
Selling a house can be a stressful time especially in our case where their were building inspection hiccups... Rebekah went over and above her role to assist us to obtain the correct outcome... Excellent Professional Honest
The title sums up my positive experience. Summit Realty managed my rental for over 14 years before I sold it in 2021. I’ve enjoyed the professional working relationship with yourselves as property managers and selling agent via yourself Bekkie. It’s always been no fuss and a pragmatic response. It was amazing to list my house and to sell in 2 days. You did an amazing job Bekkie and Jo-Anne so very happy with everything. Just glad it all worked out for my tenant. Personable, helpful, genuine
Bekkie was actually the realtor for the seller, whereas we were the purchaser (I was assisting my mum with her purchase). She was very personable and genuine and helpful. She was available every step of the way, and made sure that we knew what was happening to ensure an organised sale. I have dealt with realtors in the past to buy properties where they are not too helpful and it has made the process very difficult whereas I felt comfortable through the whole process as she was knowledgeable and frank when need be as well. I personally would definitely use Bekkie to sell my property if need be.
