Finally, an agent who cares!
Dealing with Belinda was such a lovely experience. From the moment she unlocked the door to our stunning Penthouse, we knew it was for us. She answered all of our questions and worked with us to ensure all of our questions were answered. If you are looking for a REAL real estate sales person, don't hesitate in trusting Belinda.

She was always, reachable, when I had any questions.
Belinda is very highly knowledgeable for marketing. She has excellent people skills, and is very dedicated to her job. I recommend, her to get a pay rise. Because it's very hard to find an employee like her. In my experience, I highly recommend her, because she ticks all the boxes that I expected.

Review of Belinda...
My first experience dealing with Belinda was to request a meeting to walk through the details of the 3 bedroom apartments at 'Boutique'. I phoned her on a Saturday afternoon while she was attending her daughter's birthday party, unknowingly, but she took the call and we met up first thing on the following Monday. Belinda answered my questions and made me feel comfortable about the project and what was on offer. I immediately paid a deposit and we have kept in touch since. Belinda is very approachable and a clear communicator. She has returned my calls where she is unable to pickup and follows through with anything I need answered. As the project is still nearly a year away, I expect to continue to be in contact with her and I would recommend her to people if hey needed help with off-the-plan buying and real estate in general.

Amazing Service
I wanted to send an email letting you know about the absolute wonderful service I have received from Nicci from your office, all I can say is WOW !!!! I have been looking for the perfect property for a couple of weeks and nothing really ticked all the boxes, I was online and a “boutique” add popped up and I thought why not enquire so I hit the enquire now button, within minutes I received a call from Nicci – I was shocked as most people I sent enquiries to had not got back to me, She had the most cheerful manner on the phone and told me all about the last sub penthouse available, on the back of the call she then sent all the information, everything looked great and I said I would have overnight to think about it. The next day I decided to randomly jump in the car from Brisbane and drive to the island to have a look for myself, the most amazing and uncanny thing happened – Nicci called me while I was on the island I told her I was visiting the site and she suggested I meet Julian in the office which I did and then signed the EOI Any question I had was never an inconvenience and she answered the phone every time with every enquiry Honestly the service I have received has been the most outstanding and Nicci is just the best – I really want everyone to know how wonderful and dedicated to her job she is while having a calm energetic nature We have not met in person but when I do I cant wait to let her know personally how wonderful she is, please pass this on to everyone as I am sure they all know how great she is but I can’t thank her enough as she has helped me purchase my dream property !
