I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent! Kelly was kind and attentive throughout the entire process, always communicating clearly and promptly so I never felt left in the dark. She was punctual for every appointment and worked efficiently to keep things moving. Since the property was rural, there were some unique considerations, and she took all the appropriate precautions to handle it properly and safely. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who is professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about doing the job right.

Julie is a very friendly and personable agent and was extremely on the ball with communication between parties. Julie was very professional and always sent documentation on time and it was very easy for us to reach out at any time we needed assistance or to discuss the buying process and provide updates. We would most definitely contact Julie and do business with Sutton's realty again.

Nothing is too much trouble for Kelly. Always ready to help and guide you through the whole process with total professionalism and ease. She really made the whole experience feel like a real pleasure. Friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond her role. You feel like you are making a friend along the way not just enlisting a real estate to help you to sell or purchase your new home.I cannot rate or recommend Kelly and her whole family highly enough. Quick to respond and research any question you may have. Punctual and reliable. If you don't take the opportunity to engage in her help then all I can say is it’s your loss. Thank you for making our experience one to remember. Our door is always open to you.

Julie is an exceptional realestate agent, she is punctual with time, very sweet and kind and really looked out for me when looking for a house. Once I made an offer and it was excepted, she did not let anyone else go behind my back and buy the house. Julie is an honest lady!

Kelly was great. Kept us in the loop with everything during the contract period. Very professional and has a great wealth of local knowledge to share. She's a proactive advocate for the area and suggests local businesses to use for all things relating to a rural transition. Highly recommend Kelly for any real estate endeavours in the area.

Conversations and communications style creates a trust that made me feel confident proceeding with my sale. The valuation was spot on (more than I expected) and a satisfactory outcome was the result. I couldn’t be happier, and fully recommend this local family business to get the best deal done.
