I would like to take this opportunity to thank Julie Sutton for selling our property, Julie's professional manner and obvious passion for making peoples housing dreams come true made the experience a pleasure, I could call or visit at any time and have her undivided attention to talk me through any of the many queries I had through the process , I am so happy I chose a small local business rather than the big names as I got one on one personalised assistance that understood how local people think especially being from the country , the deposit was transferred to me within twenty minutes of settlement I could not have asked for more or be happier with Julie's dedication to her work . I would not use anyone else in our future property deals. Thankyou Julie .

We purchased a property Julie was selling and throughout the process she was fantastic to deal with. Clear in her communication, honest, and most importantly compared to other agents, took the time to walk us through the property and knew all the details. Was a fantastic experience and if we were looking to sell, we would use Julie and her firm.

Julie and the team from Sutton's went over and above helping me through the sale of our home here in GinGin. Julie, Ian and Kelly are very helpful in every aspect of sale. We have used Sutton's Realerstate twice and both times went smoothly. I highly recommend them . And not to mention Little Jack who meets you when you come to the office and makes your day so much better. Thank you for everything you done for me guys.

From the first phone call to Kelly to view the property we knew she was going to be an amazing agent. Her knowledge of the area was so helpful with us being new. Nothing was a problem for her from extra walk throughs to the messages and calls. Kelly really did go above and beyond for us. Thankyou for helping us find our forever home.
