I bought my property in 2006/7 from Glenn Grech. I have leased out for 11 years since, and just had it sold by Glenn. In all that time i have recieved no less than EXCELLENT service. Being an interstate owner i needed an agent of integrity and be trustworthy. I got that. The sale price was great and well within the estimate range. Commission pricing was less than expected. The sales process was very effective, professional, economically well managed. Glenn has enormous knowledge of the local environment and market. Highly recommended. Glenn is one of the elite.
