In our experiences, Adrian always welcomed questions both hard and easy that put forward to him, and he had never coerced us into making rush decisions. He simply presented the status of where we were with respect to the current market conditions at the time and offered recommendations, but to take on his recommendations or not, he left it entirely up to us and he would work with whatever decisions we made.
