We found Antonio to be very easy to communicate with, he was readily available to answer questions and provide us with easy access to the property as we were from out of town. The market information he provided was accurate and informed and he offered realistic advice on prices in the area and an insiders view on the locality as he lives in the suburb. He was also open and honest about the property and we felt as though we could trust any information he provided. We felt he had a genuine interest in us as potential buyers providing accurate and honest assessment on how the auction might play out. At the same time representing his vendor with the same level of commitment. After our successful purchase he offered continued communication if necessary. We are very happy with our purchase and attribute a lot of this positive attitude to Antonio’s professional approach. My daughter also loved the welcome package Antonio arranged to be delivered after she moved in. It was a lovely touch.
