James and his team were fantastic in preparing the property for sale and selling it.
James and his team were fantastic in both preparing the property for sale and selling our investment property. In choosing an agent we firstly had to decide if we went with a local agent or continue with James at NSRE, who had been managing the investment property on our behalf since its original purchase. Following discussions with James, where he overcame our concerns of not being "local, we decided to progress with James and his team, and he did not lets us down. Secondly, as we do not live in Sydney, we fully relied upon James and the team to make the property looks its best for the duration of the sale process. We discussed and agreed strategies to provide a sale for the best price in the timeframe available. As time progressed James kept us fully informed of the sale progress and likely outcomes. Based upon our experiences with James and his team at NSRE we fully recommend James to others

Open, honest and accurate
Antonio was great. From our first inspection he was open, honest and accurate. His price guide was correct rather than the usual 20% low guides that we had experienced with other agents. He worked with us and the vendor to make sure everything happened smoothly.

James provided a friendly, well informed sales process
I felt very comfortable dealing with James, we put the unit on the market before Christmas and James organise the whole process including some running repairs and cleaning to the unit. James was keeping me informed about some competition units on the market that may have made it a little bit difficult for us but he gave us a good some good advice on the price which was where we wanted to be when we sold it. There was no pressure to drop the price or change the tactics during the course of the sale when the market appeared a little bit slow. After Christmas James continued to keep me well informed and still remained consistent with our pricing agreement. We soon had success in the sale and there was no haggling about the price. We were very happy with the final result and were very happy with the way James kept us informed during the sales process. I would have no hesitation in recommending James as a selling agent.
